The staff is very friendly however the hotel is very "tired". Needs a complete update.

I never received the hotel room when I confirmed the reservation on trip and I got there they told me I didn’t have any room so they canceled it but on trip kept my money and said it was competed this has happened every time I get anything on this website it’s at every hotel I go
